Ryan graduated from La Trobe University Melbourne in 2002 with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics and has recently completed an Executive MBA in 2016. Ryan’s interest in Prosthetics and Orthotics started in High School, choosing subjects to secure his place at La Trobe University. Ryan began working in the Prosthetic and Orthotic industry in 2003, establishing SSS Prosthetics and Orthotics in Townsville in 2005, with the aim to focus on local based high quality care in North Queensland. Ryan’s biggest clinical interest is pathological gait, how he can manipulate a walking pattern to optimise it for both comfort, function, protection and longevity whether it be amputee, neurological or other orthopaedic conditions.

Daniel graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne in 2002 with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics. He started his career on the Gold Coast then moved back to Melbourne to work at The Royal Talbot Austin Health. Getting the travel bug he then moved to the UK working at Peacocks Medical Group and the renowned Queen Mary’s Hospital in Roehampton. In 2005, Daniel joined his university friend Ryan Kelly as joint Director of SSS Prosthetics and Orthotics. Daniel has a keen interest in gait analysis and has completed Otto Bock Academy courses for Transfemoral, Transtibial and Upper Limb Prosthetic management.

Brodie graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne in 2011 with a Bachelors of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Since graduating Brodie has worked both domestically and internationally, starting his career at Freemantle Orthotics Services. From WA Brodie moved to Nepal to volunteer and provide a prosthetic service for the victims involved in the 2015 earthquake. In 2016 Brodie joined the SSS Prosthetics and Orthotics team as a leading Prosthetist. Prosthetics is Brodie’s passion, mainly specialising in lower limb amputees. With experience in both interim and definitive prosthetic management, Brodie has a keen interest in the latest innovative technology and techniques in the industry.

David joined the SSS Prostethics and Orthotics team in early 2017 after graduating from La Trobe University, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Whilst at University David enjoyed internship within Australia and overseas in Galway, Ireland. David has a keen interest in the mechanics and physics of orthoses and prostheses, and their biomechanical effects on the human body.

Adrian has recently joined SSS Prosthetics & Orthotics at the brand new, full time prosthetics and orthotics clinic in Mackay. Adrian has over 35 years experience designing and making prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices. He started as a trainee limb maker at Appliance and Limb Centre in Sydney, whilst working as a technician and going to RALAC to complete the XYZ course, as there was no University course at the time. Adrian has managed facilities in NSW and has spent most of his working life in acute rehabilitation and prosthetics. Adrian’s main focus is on improving lives with prosthetics or orthotics, with a passion for both interim and definitive prosthetics. His end goal with all patients and clinical services is to see the smile on his patient’s face when they can achieve their goals through using what he has made.

Jeremy graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne in 2011 with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Jeremy has recently joined SSS Prosthetics and Orthotics. He began his career working in Tasmania, before moving back to Melbourne where he further specialised in Orthotics. More recently, Jeremy has spent 2 years working overseas, in the UK, where he focused closely on the management of pediatric, and high-risk diabetic foot patients. Jeremy has a strong interest too in musculoskeletal presentations, and enjoys tackling complex cases through problem-solving and patient-centered goals.
